for people who...

For the people who say childbirth hurts and for the people who are scared that it will hurt... IT WONT! unless you decide to go all superwoman and have the baby naturally lol! I gave birth feb 12 2012 and I got an epidural, it was a breeeeeeze! No pains no worries after the epidural wore off I had a little bit of pressure on my butt (normal) and it stung very little when I peed. Its nothing to be scared about and in my opinion child birth is something that EVERY woman should experience at least once in her lifetime :) for it is an amazinh experience!

Just my opinion, although if you embrace the pain and can "connect" with it its not really painful at all. I had a natural birth including stitches and being 100% honest the only painful part was when I ripped. I grounded myself and was in no pain and enjoyed my labor. Like ashdub I promote medicine free birth although I will not force it on anyone.

I would just rather get the epidural and be able to enjoy labor and delivery with no pain but hey, that's just me!

I think it's amazing to have big she-balls!!! I got to 8cms with no pain meds when my sons heart rate dropped, I ended up with an emergency c-section, and woke up from that with no pain meds, so talk about painful, haha! I totally think no meds is empowering and amazing. I just wonder what the F did we do in the old days?? We sucked it up and did it, and they lived through the short term pain and got an amazing outcome.

Teenmomma I had 46 stitches and dislocated hips from my first one and went back for round two, no stitches with my last baby, and in about 21 weeks will be back for round three! I like to think I have pretty big she-balls. ;)

@teenmomma2: EXACTLY! I can't wait to have another baby and I will be getting an epidural again as well :)

I love birthing with no meds. To each their own and the decision is up to every woman. I love to promote med free labor and delivery but I will not tell another woman to do it. I just think its the best way to do it unless medically necessary. My opinion.
