I used to eat RIDICULOUSLY healthy. I was clean eating and counting macros while training for a bikini competition. I never missed a day at the gym and I had abs for the first time in years, but 6 weeks out from my competition I found out I was 5 weeks pregant. I hadn't eaten fast food in over 4 years, no pops or sugary drinks. I only wanted water and my coffee of course. Now that im pregant I crave all of these unhealthy foods I worked so hard to stay away from. I know a little splurging isnt bad, but this is a constant daily thing. For the last couple days all I have craved (and given into) is kraft macaroni and cheese and buffalo anytizers. I havent worked out in like 2 weeks. I wanted to eat healthy throughout my pregnancy,but once I fell off the clean eating wagon I just can't hop back on. Anyone else having this problem? How did you overcome this?
