I took a test yesterday evening and it was not pregnant. its a digital from cvs. supposed to be 3 days b4 your missed period u can use it. Sooo. am i pregnant or is aunt flow heading my way? I know u arent doctors i would just like to hear your opinion and stories. thank you very much.

The BEST idea is to get a blood draw. It will be accurate. You want to ask for a quantative HCG (or Beta HCG) test. This will tell you how high your HCG is. HCG levels over 10 mean you are pregnant.

I always had a problem with digitals. First, they're most expensive and they're not as sensitive. I would test with a First Response Early Response test. You can buy it at Walmart or Target for less than $10. I always buy a 2 pack.

So your choice- wait and re-test with a more sensitive test like First Response, or see your doctor about a blood test.

I would wait a couple more days and if you still do not have your period then I would test again..... The digital tests are normally pretty acurate tho! Its so hard to tell with symptoms too, When I got my positive I felt like I was going to start my period and of course it never did start! Good Luck!

i've never got a positive with any early test. I got them a few days after my period was due with regular tests.
