hCG levels

In my first blood test at 14 dpo, my hCG levels were at 639.  Two days later they had doubled. I have been doing a lot of research on beta hCG, and on what the likelihood of a second miscarriage is (We lost our first pregnancy in February).  From what I have been able to find, my levels are very high for a singleton, and high for multiples.  I am worried about chromosomal abnormalities, and molar pregnancy.  Is there anything that I can do at nearly 5 weeks to find out more information?  I won't have my first appointment with my OB until the 17th of June, and I'm beginning to worry.

Your levels sound fine to me as well. At early 5 weeks my levels were 11000 and a couple days later they were 36000. I had a singleton and she is perfect. Like others said on here the normal range differs very widely from person to person.

I agree the levels are great, at 4weeks preggo my level was at 50 EXACTLY. But normal, then by 5+ weeks it was 386 or so. Good luck! it's a very good chance you'll carry to term!

Your numbers are perfectly fine (for a singleton) for being in your 5th week:
