What are theodds my symptoms are pregnancy?

I have had 5 children and had my tubes done in May of 2003 durring my C-section. Just in this past week symptoms I use to have I am having now. 4 nights in a row of feeling icky, clothes feel tight, no period which I had been irregular.  Which I would get once to two times a month. I haven't had a period since August 10th...and spotted for about 2 weeks after. Pregnancy tests have come out negative. Anyone out there with any idea what is going on? I am only 33 and really don't have the symptoms of menopause. Also...if I ended up being pregnant again by fluke is it safe to have more than the 3 C-sections I have already had? Any info would be really helpful...thanks.
