haunted houses?

Im 12 weeks and my friends wanted to go to a haunted house this weekend and I know they have a warning for pregnant women, but its usually because of stairs. Ive heard because your blood pressure can get high, but usually I dont get too worked up. Does that mean I cant watch a scary movie because of raising my blood pressure?

Ok thank you! I really dont think it would be a problem because the haunted house sends you in with whoever you're with, and sends the next group in a few minutes later, so I wouldnt be pushed into or anything. There is stairs but the stairwells are lit.

In my opinion it's no different then getting pissed off at your hubby or someone. Raises your bp either way. I'd ask your Dr tho

You could be driving and just cus of others driving habits can raise your blood pressure. Doesn't mean you should stop driving. Theres plenty of pregnant women who like in houses with stairs. If you feel comfortable going, then I'd go. But I'd keep my distance, cus some people get ridiculous when they get scared. The people in the haunted house should not be touching you, so I would go. As long as you are able to maneuver through them being 12 weeks you still got a tiny belly. Its up to you though.
