also keep your fluid intake up as headaches can be a sign of dehydration as well

Thank u. ive had them from 11weeks. i do at nite i feel dead ignorant to my partner!hehe! i cant lay down ina dark room during day tho coz of my other kids. yea i fink i wil go to my docs thank u xx

I had them in the second trimester with my daughter and it was awful. They lasted (for me personally) from 16-21 weeks and I could hardly open my eyes it hurt so much. Try laying in a dark room with a cool cloth over your eyes. It also wouldn't hurt to talk to your doctor about it to make sure there are no underlying conditions.

Yea im 16wkz. its my 4th pregnancy n didnt have them with my sons. Ther a killer! does it go or will i have them al the way thru? xx

are you pregnant? i got them in my first trimester, when my hormones suddenly increased or when my BP dropped.
