Does spicy food help induce labour ? I ate chilli cheese fries with jalepenos and was half way threw till my friend brought up that it does help induce labour
I tried it last time and I hate spicy food. Its just an old wives tale and all I got was really bad heartburn.
Doubt it. I eat jalapenos about once a week& I'm still prego
