help getting baby dropped

im 39 weeks, my doc said if i dont drop by next friday ill be induced. what are some ways i can help to get the baby to drop...my doc suggested walking..anything else????

I would say walking, squatting occasionally AND umm doing the pelvic exercises

my sister told me to squat but i didnt know that i was already in labor because i was feeling nothing but she said it worked for her, so idk. best of luck to u!!

Rub the back of your heel and foot its a pressure point to your uterus. also Walk have sex, try rubbing Clary sage and Jasmine essential oils. go to http://www.treehuggermums.co.uk/articles/pregnancy/article.php?article=27

Definitely try squatting! And walk, walk, walk!!!

walking and squatting also look up using a birthing ball there are some excersises to help get baby dropped using this fun contraption!

I don't know how well it works or compares to walking but, my neighbor used a stationary bike. She complained of her ankles hurting while walking too much.
Her sister was told to squat down. But, idk how these things work. Her baby didn't drop just until delievery....

Maybe these ladies can tell ya something else about it. Cause, I have no clue. :P
