I have been having really bad headaches the last two weeks and running in the ears.. anyone els had that problem? 21w
Most headaches stem from dehydration. Maybe increase your water intake? That normally helps me with headaches. Oh and eating cucumbers. Not sure why but cucumbers are known to help headaches.
