What week in first trimester did youre cramping start to get more intense? I am 6 + 3 and this week my cramping has got abit more full on, I have cramping both sides even up on the left side of my chest and back ache. I had cramping week 4 and abit of 5 but this isnt anything sharp just more intense

I had it bad until week 10 and now have it on and off. I am 12 weeks.
