motivation

My question may be complicated and I really need some motivation. I just found out I was pregnant last night. I am currently 3 weeks (I know im super early) but I was having lots of cramps and pains. Went to the er and found out im pregnant. Was told by the doctor to do a follow up with a gyn. I do so the same day. Now my hcg levels decreased from the time I was in the er to the time I was in the gyn office on the same day. I now may be going through a miscarriage right now. Since I am so early in the pregnancy is it more likely I will have a miscarriage since my hcg levels decreased in such a short period of time? Any insight or experience is much appreciated.  Thank you for your time :)

I found out I was pregnant last year after taking a clearblue test saying I was 1-2 weeks..id missed my period so I knew I was pregnant before the test anyway..the next day though I went to the toilet and wiped blood..it was late evening so no doctor and didn't want to drive the whole way to the hospital so just took another 2 tests and they were negative..turns out it was a chemical pregnancy..the earlier you are the quicker the hcg goes down..I also miscarried at 10 and a half weeks and was still getting a positive test 3 days later..I don't want to scare you or anything but just thought id share my experience..I'm here anytime you wanna talk..

Not necessarily, although something like 70% of miscarriages happen in the first trimester, there are allot of possibilities, it may just be the implantation that caused you pain, allot of girls say they can feel it implant, your hcg levels vary through the day, their the highest in the morning so since it was later in the day you could be okay!! Good luck i how this helps a little but i would all a doc this same question, also if your not bleeding chances are your okay!!
