Birthing classes. Is this strongly advised for ftm's? Haven't looked into it much.
I was a ftm and didn't take any. Didn't see the need to. My dr and nurses coached me during labor. I did just fine without them.
It helped me out a lot actually. It gets you more info and more prepared for l&d. The more you know, the more comfortable and confident you'll feel :)
