I got menstrual like cramps. They don't hurt but u can tell their there. And it's under my belly button (I guess pelvic area) is this normal or should I go to hospital

It's your uterus expanding (: I had it until about 16 weeks, not serve and no bleeding!

I scared myself Googling everything. So I normally ask doctor or pregnant women

Cramping typically occurs when the uterus expands, causing the ligaments and muscles which support it to stretch.

If there is no bleeding and the pain doesn't bother you too much you are okay, I will always cramp my first trimester but if it concerns you bring it up with your doc

Im about where u are and ive had cramping and my dr says as long as theres not a lot of bleeding then ur ok:)
