hemroids

I'm only 8 weeks, but I already have hemroids that are very painful. I'm using pads and creams and every bowl movement is very painful. Is this normal? What should I do?

U can try stool softeners to try to prevent any more from coming too. Not daily just when u haven't gone for a while. You most likely will have em after pushing baby out if you're already getting them. With luck it'll go away but if it keeps causing probs n bleeding after delivery, u may have to have some surgery

For some women it is normal.  I would wait about going to a doctor to do anything about them tho because if you are like me you will get more during birth.  I bought a detachable shower sprayer a couple months ago.  When mine start hurting really bad i get get in the shower on my knees and hold the sprayer down there.  I let the water get as hot as i can stand it.  Oh, my doc gave me tylenol with codine so i pop one of those before the shower.  I know it sounds silly but it really does provide relief.  You might have to have them banded after birth tho.
