Getting Worried!!! *Help*

Okay, So I had a positive pregnancy test early in the week.... and today was the day I was suppose to start my period (if i didnt get pregnant that is lol ) Today.. i had this weird pulling/tugging sensation in my stomach... and then I went to the bathroom and I noticed spotting on the tissue.... I am alittle worried since I never had this with my first pregnancy.
Yesterday I slept the whole day away.. 8am til 8pm ..  and today I could do the same.. but now my mind is completely  spinning due to this bleeding.. its not heavy at all.. only on the tissue. no clots... no cramps that are painful.. just that tugging feeling..and very light pinky blood...  should I be concerned or is this normal.. my temps are still high.

The bleeding is still only when I go to the bathroom.. I noticed string like substance .. not clots.. its not dark red ( not ball like clots, TMI sorry) its like stringy stretchy blood.. but very very pinky and very very light.. noticed the stringy things when I peed which got me nervous now, no dark red tho none on the liner.. so odd.

I've been going through some of the same stuff recently.  I had slight bleeding when I wipe for a little over a week.  I had my first appt with my midwife last Tuesday.  She confirmed that my cervix was closed, but she did see some blood.  I went to get an ultra sound.  She only saw a sac, probably because  I am too early to spot anything (7 weeks).  Then they ordered blood work to track my hormone levels.  She said that my progesterone level was lower than they like to see.  So, I started that Friday and went in for a second test.  She said that my hcg level were rising, but not as much as they would like to see.  So, yesterday I went in again for another test.  I'm still waiting for the call on that.  I should hear about it tomorrow.  On Sunday, my slight bleed did turn heavier with clot like substance.  I've had some light cramping today.  I'm hoping the progesterone is working to help me carry this baby.  What has encouraged me through this is information that I've found on subchorionic hematomas, blood clots in the uterus.  http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/ask-heidi/blood-clot.aspx
She has just told me to take it easy.  So, that's what I'm trying to do now.  It's hard with a toddler.

Don't worry about it! That's almost impossible I know sometimes bleeding just happens. Im 15 weeks now and at week 12 I had a period! First one since I concieved, just try and take it easy call your doc and request an ultrasound if it will make you feel better. Good luck!

I also have tugging and did w my 1st pregnancy too. So best to relax and rest.

as my midwife said a few days ago when i freaked out about spotting . theres actually nothing you can do if u are miscarrying they dont have a special medication to fix things...
and stressing makes it worse i have been spotting but almost a bleed for 3 or 4 days now and my buba is fine, its is perfectly normal in 1st trimester only reason i really freaked out was ive had serious health issues last 2 weeks

I have been spotting today as well. after reading all of these I feel more at ease. have fun with the movie and noodle bowl! lol

Thanks, yea I am relaxing I sent DH to go get me a noodle bowl.. mmm
just to get him out of the house for a bit.
So far its been super light.. only when I wipe, nothing on the liner.. no clots.. alittle back ache but not painful.. and i have a weird tugging feeling in my stomach. so I am going to put on my fave movie ( pretty in pink ) and eat my noodle bowl before bed lol

tell him it would turn out pos anyway as you will still have a high amount of hcg in your body even if you were to miscarry. I have had similar bleeds during some of my pregnancys, I know its a silly thing to say, but try not to stress, of course you donty want to lose your bub, but there isnt anything you can do if it is going to happen, so just take it easy and see if it settle down, if it gets worse go to your hosp

t's very normal to have light bleeding throughout pregnancy. I had it 3 times in my 1st trimester, I have a baby boy now :) I even had one case of very abundant bright red blood but no cramping that turned out to be nothing.

DH wants me to pee on another stick to make sure there is still a line, i think hes stressing more then I am right now. hes been pacing around the room asking me to go check every 10 minutes.

some women get this when their period is due,  due to there not being enough hcg to stop a small bleed but enough to keep the pregnancy going, just try to take it easy today and see how is goes

Its still very light.. no clots yet. I am giving it a few more hours. possibly the night depending on flow, if it gets heavier I am going to the Emerg since my OB is closed today and tomorrow. but if it stays very light like it is. i will just rest and see what happens... so scary when these things happens.

Thanks that is reassuring. I am so scared of miscarriages, I have been under alot of stress lately so it just scared me.

its not heavy at all.. just when wiping so I am going to go for a nap and keep my fingers crossed and pray all is well.

If you already had a positive pregnancy test several days ago, it wouldn't be implantation spotting now.

But yes, some women spot on and off through their pregnancies and it can be normal. Since your temps are staying high, I would try to relax and not to worry - i've bled during a healthy pregnancy before with no losses.

I am hoping it stops, it just took me by surprise, i had no cramps leading up to this.. all started this morning with the tugging. I had spotting 2 weeks ago so its all very strange, i have done alot of Googling and some ppl have had it all through there first trimester.. so I will give it a few days.. test again and call the doc. thnx

I have heard some people have light implantation bleeding. If you conceived later in your cycle, that could explain it. Rest, & if you are still worried, test again in a few days.
