You are almost 39 weeks so I say she should be fine if you are sure when you got pregnant.  A us can be off by 5lbs either way. If you are worried about it then I waould say to wait another week! That is unusal that your babies are not bigger you being diabetic. But healthy is all that matters!!! Some people think that bigger babies are healthier but that is not always the case. Best of luck!

When I was in the hospital with my second son at 34 weeks 1 day pregnant I had a ultrasound done to see how much he weighed because I was fixing to have him the ultrasound said he weighed maybe 4 lbs but when I have birth by emergency c section that night he was 5 lbs 15 oz and was 19 inches long so you can't always rely on ultrasound weight to be correct

I had one 3 days before my first little boy and they told me he was going to be 6 pounds... when I had him he was 8 lbs. 5 oz. but this was 7 years ago so I am sure it might be about right =) don't worry, that is a pretty good weight for your little one and it might make labor easier =)

I haven't had any ultrasounds close enough to birth to really compare.  But I know it is very common for the weight estimates to be off as much as several pounds either way.  Are you overdue?  If not, why are they inducing you on Monday?  If it's not a medical necessity you could always request they postpone it in order to give her a little more time to gain some more weight.
