horrible cold :(

I have a cold that consists of a horrible cough and congestion..
using ocean spray for nasal and still need to get cough meds. I was up all night literally coughing. Tried sleeping on couch so I wouldnt wake up my husband but it wont go away! I dont know what to do

Thank you ladies! Im so miserable and my body hurts from coughing. . I have learned to elevate head but not working so well.. kaiser told me vicks doesnt work but I know it does and I need to get it lol. I will also look for Vicks plug ins thank u very much

Try to keep your head elevated a little bit, that will help the coughing. If you can get vicks or the plug in vicks vapors it works wonders! Hope you feel better! :)

Get some vicks vapor rub and some cough medicine like Tylenol cold severe or robitussin dm lock yourself in the restroom with the steam and try hot tea with honey. Stay away from milk it tends to cause more phlegm and make ur coughing worse. Hope u get better soon hun
