I know being pregnant your gonna have tons of different pains, even more as you go along...but I have a VERY sharp pain in my vaginal area. like I almost want to cry.... I've felt it before in my pregnancy, but nothing like this :"( its mostly while laying down or sitting, but I get it while standing as well, I can like barely walk in general. I have SPD as is, but this makes it so much worse :"( I'm 34 weeks even. what can or should I do?

ive showered, took a small warm bath, and ive tried to relax but nonetheless the pain is still there (not as bad) but still bad. it hurts less when I'm up and walking (sometimes) but yeah I think I'm going to head to labor and delivery:/

If you feel like you need to go to L&D you should go. The nurses and drs are soooo used to women coming in for every little thing. It's not a big deal to them at all. It's better to be safe than sorry.

How are you feeling. I get random sharp pains in my cervix.. im not sure if im dilated yet though. Maybe your baby had just dropped and its causing a lot of pain and pressure?

right D":?? ^^ I hear its normal,  I looked online also it said it could be that I'm dilating,  and I also read a few girls went into labor. my mother wants me to go to l&d but I'm embarrassed it'll be normal and waste their time, I'm more worried that itll be serious -_- im gonna take a warm bath, and wait an hour if it continues my butt will be at the hospital just to ease my mind

Some people feel dilation. I felt that between 31&33 weeks and was 1cm dilated when they checked me at 33.

I think that's you dilating.
Try a soothing bath, let yourself soak.
