Well then exercise and healthy eating! Most women get a tummy after being pregnant! I for one am 30 pounds heavier now then I was before pregnancy and I have quite a bit of fat on my tummy but I'm starting to exercise more and hopefully that'll do the trick! That's really all you can do!

Well it depends when you had it and when your doctor says exercise is okay. Usually, especially with a c-section you should wait until your 6 week before exercising. But in the mean time, a healthy diet will help. If you just recently gave birth, the "air" you're referring to is most likely still your uterus going back down to its almost original size. If it's been a while since you gave birth it's just fat. /:
