17wks & I have the worst Headaches! Remedies pls..
I've been having the worst headaches to the point where they feel like terrible migraines "/ ..they're very sporadic thought the day, but are head pounding. Any suggestions on what could help..??
I've been like that too and It ***** I usually take a nap in a quiet room put a cold cloth on my forehead usually helps....
Could be caused by dehydration you can try drinking gatorade and plenty of water
