Drink atleast 3 cups a day, you should be atleast 34 weeks. Before starting that though. I personally drink it with a pinch of cinnamon and spoonful of honey, adds some sweetness and flavor. But be sure to get it organic or it will be covered in pesticides and fillers that you don't want to ingest.
I've been trying to hold off on drinking mine im 32 weeks and I've had 3 cups of it so far its really good with a little sugar in it. It says you can drink it througout the entire pregnancy and some say second and third trimester and others say at 36 weeks
