Can i be pregnant? Negative test but severe pains and symptoms. Or i'm creating these pains myself?

I had an unprotected sex on the 13th of March. I took the "plan b" 30 to 45minutes afterwards. I expected to see my period on the 14th or 15th of March but it came on the 17th of March, which might be due to the plan b pill i took. It was a normal flow (100% sure of that). Since after my period, two days after, i've been having series of abdominal cramps, pelvic pains and back pains. A week ago, i had bloating for 4days. Last three weeks, i took a blood test for all the sexual related diseases and all was negative. I also underwent a urine test for any infection and all was perfect. My doctor sugested i do an ultra scan, just in case , which i did and the doctor found nothing but that i was so filled with gas. It was just two days after the ultra scan that i started constipating, and then bloated. I have pains mostly on my left side. The pains radiate to my back. It was formerly radiating to my thighs, but no more now. I once felt hot sensations on my lower abdomen. Right now, i'm feeling pains on my left side abdomen that changes from just below my rib cage to my left uterus, and then not far from my navel. Most times the pain is just below my breast bone, that is, on my upper abdomen. I just did a pregnancy test and another test for any possible sexually transmitted diseases as my period for this month is 3days late, though i feel pressure on my vagina as if the period was going to start anytime, but nothing comes out. The result of the test was a big NEGATIVE. I'll be seeing my doctor tomorrow so as to know what next to do. She has always insisted that i'm not pregnant, but my body seems to be saying different. So please, who knows what this could be? I would appreciate having your answers. Has anyone ever gone through this? What was the result afterwards?..Thank you!

Oh thank you both! I just came back from my doctor's palce and i'll be going for a Pelvic ultra-scan. I'll keep you posted with whatever the result is. I just pray it's not something serious.

I agree with losingmymindinga that you are likely not pregnant.  It may sound silly but with all the different locations that your pain is in I would suggest that it is something digestive possibly as simple as gas. I get really painful gas sometimes lol.  Try taking beano or some digestive supplements like yogurt and see if your symptoms clear up.

You could be having any number of issues...gall stones, side affects of the plan b pill.  Your body could be attempting to start your period but for whatever reason is unable to . I think it's wise to see your physician who can hopefully help you sort through this and find the cause.  I doubt you are pregnant, with having taken the plan b along with a u/s that showed no signs of pregnancy i think it's pretty safe to say you aren't.
