Bowling Ball!
I'm 39w4d and this morning I woke up with the feeling of a bowling ball between my legs! I don't know if it's swelling down there or his head is that low. I only feel it when I walk. Should I call my midwife or is this normal?
That's a good sign that labor might start soon but until you start having regular contractions I would just try not to let it get in your way. Walking is good (albeit a bit painful) when baby is sitting that low because gravity forces your baby's head into your cervix, thinning and dilating it.
