improving the odds

I am looking for some tps to help get pregnant. I dont smoke or drink or anything and i really want this to happen soon. i have been trying be more physically active then i have in the past and i have been using ovulation kits. Does anyone have any advice that might help increase the odds. I'm not particular how weird the advice might be, just anything that could improve our chances even jut like 0.0001%?

Honestly when we stoped "trying" it happened.  Dont put all the pressure on yourself, have fun with your partner and it will happen before you know it.

Oh yeah, like bny807, I elevated my pelvis afterwards too and only had sex in the missionary position.

We tried for 5 months before we got pregnant the 1st time (we lost the pregnancy) and then 4 months with this pregnancy....I used OPT's, we tried PreSeed...everything...The only thing that we did differently in March (when I concived my little guy) was have sex EVERY day during that 1 week fertile period...and it worked!  I'm not sure if that was what did it, but it can't hurt to try???!!!  Lots of luck.....I know how frustrating it can get!

Eating healthy (lower carb/sugar) can help improve fertility - also here is an article that is great about improving fertility and diet: http://www.newsweek.com/id/73354/output/print  no idea if it helps, but we started eating organic meats as much as we could to avoid the hormones that can come in the meat.. also i took an omega supplement, prenatal and vitamin C  and drank green tea (only before O ) the month we got our BFP (but we have been on fertilty treatments) ... i would always lay in bed with my pelvis elevated for 15 or so minutes after BDing (who knows if that really helps, but i'll try anything) bought preseed too (i've heard a lot of success stories about that- we just had too many other issues)   GOOD LUCK! hope it comes to you soon! : )
