Try tums, milk, avoid any kind of juice, I know with my first baby I could not even really drink water with out getting heart burn. With this one juice and fruit give me heart burn really bad and my perinatal vitamins. The pain near your belly button it normal because of how baby lays around 30 weeks and up it *****. And the back pain is because the same thing it will come and go and some days will hurt more then others. Just think only 5 more weeks and you will get to see the little baby that's made the last 9 months so long and pain full.
