so I'm at work there's enough to make anyone ill but now I'm having one of my spells with my heart and I know it's stressing my babies out cause they are kicking like mad....and I feel bad cause I don't have my meds here they are at home...I feel like I've got tons of pressure in my head I'm light headed and I think if my hearts pumps one more time in a minute I think it's gonna get it's engine going enough to take off......I almost feel like I'm in a daze and I just don't feel good at all I have 2 more hours of work too uggh.....and DH is out of cell service today so I hope in 2 hours I will feel like driving.   Someone make time go by quicker.....................

Some days I fell the same like you, identical symtoms. Don`t worry about that it`s just result of being tired and exhausted. Take care of your self.

Thanks for all the prayers I am feeling much better today my episode did calm after an hour or so after work.  So hopefully no more for a while they are no fun.

You should already be off work now, but I thought I would share that I have Mitral Valve Prolapse and I also suffered from SVT.  My heartrate was caught on the portable Holter monitor going 188 bpm and it is so scary when it happens.  As I have gotten older (and heavier, ugh), it has actually improved.  I was originally dx when I was about 19-20 and I took medication through both of my pregnancies.  By my late 20's, they could no longer see the valve prolapse on the ultrasound, so they stopped meds and stopped making me take antibiotics before the dentist, etc.

I still have hearbeat problems now (I'm in my mid 40's), but it is so much better than when I was younger.  I hope you are feeling better by now.

only 30 minutes to go now....I'm not really sure what is wrong besides the supraventrical tachy cardia...I'm not really sure what all that means i just know I start having racing heart and dizzy and feel like I could hyper ventalate......it's easing up some I will be glad to get home to sleep....

Only another hour girl, you can make it! Try not to think about it and I stress a cold compress. I suffer from generalized anxiety and my heart goes nuts on me sometimes. I can literally watched my chest bump with my heart. Get something cold, anything, and rub it on you. Even if youre just holding it in your hands. It works for me, maybe it will help you. I hope you feel better.

I am sorry you are feeling so yucky hun. I know its not fun to be at work, pregnant, and feeling yucky!! I hope the two hours for you goes by quickly. If I may ask, what is wrong with your heart? My mom has what is called mitro valve prolapse and it was pretty scary for her before she started on her meds years ago. If she doesnt take her meds regularly she gets dizzy, lightheaded and feeling sick to her stomach. Sounds a lot like the same symptoms you are having.

yeah my heart skips and beats as fast as my babies as high as 168 BPM on record.......they said I have suprventrical tachy cardia.....and prescibed me some meds to slow my heart down but it doesn't help.

I had a problem all day Sunday and 1/2 day Monday which they sent me in for a EKG today...I had the same feeling like my head was gonna explode my eyes felt under pressure and my heart was palpitating, is your heart palpitating and if so what did they tell you was the problem...so far they have checked my thyroid, and done the ekg...Im waiting to hear about Thyroid....Ekg was normal offcourse maybe next time I'll go in when its happening...BUT I did get to hear the heartbeat for the FIRST time!!!!

yeah it does get scary but usually it's not this bad.....I've had one other time a few weeks ago it was but none since then.....ugghh

Well, I really hope it goes by fast for you.  

I had something similar with my last pregnancy and I hated it.  Doesn't sound like mine was as bad as yours but I hated it.  It was scary sometimes.

I did try to eat I ate half of a 6" sub from subway but I still feel yuck.....I haven't had time to get away from the computer but I will try a cold rag.....It not a fun feeling it feels like just ran a mile and I'm gonna hyper ventalate....I've not had many bad spells in the past 3 weeks and was hoping I was getting over them but I've had 1 other bad one and a cold shower was the only thing that helped...the meds didn't touch it

yeah I might if it doesn't calm down but I'd say he'll just tell me take my heart medicine but last time it really didn't help......but a cold shower did help my heart slow down....

Maybe you should call your doctor.  Stress on the babies (especially for long periods of time) can be bad.

I am sorry that you are feeling so bad.  Be careful and take your meds as soon as you get home!!  I hope you feel better soon.....
