irritating nutritional doctor
So i was diagnosed with gestational diabetes 3 weeks ago and given a strict diet with testing blood sugar 4 times daily i have to write down everything i eat and the carb amounts. Well i had a check up and she said my blood sugar is too low and i need to eat more but not above my carb limit! Like seriously! And then she talked about maybe being misdiagnosed!!! Wow so frustrating
Yea i know thank you. Sometimes i can just be so negative and need to snap out of it. As long as my baby is healthy i will be happy
Sweetheart, medicine is as much an art as a science. The most important work a doc can do is diagnosis -- after that it can sometimes be a simple matter to find out what to do (at least about some conditions). But diagnosis is not always easy. I hope that you DO find out that you were misdiagnosed, frustrating as it would be to you to have spend three long weeks testing 4x daily and writing down what you eat. Because if you were misdiagnosed, that is good news, not bad news.
