i love shirmp & fish. ive eatin captain ds, long john silvers, & red lobster this pregnancy.
my baby is healthy, its fine for you to eat just gotta limit your intake (eating seafood once a week, etc.)

My Dr said I can eat seafood once a week. So you should be fine
