jewerly with c section ...

I have my ring that's way tight but not where its cutting my circulation off.. I have to have c section in two days . Is there any tips to get it off , I just feel safer if its off b/c doctor said I will be more swollen afterwards and I really don't want to have it cut off

Try and just slip some dish soap under it and get it moving. And try first thing in the morning because the later it gets the more likely you'll be swelling.

Hold your hand in a bowl of ice water. The cold makes your blood vessels constrict and you should be able to slip it off.

Put soap or oil and twist the ring until it comes off

Yea I'm going to try the ice water .. I've tried soap it only moves a little but won't go over my knuckle. Thanks for the help guys ..hopefully something works

Yeah id def say get it cold and slippery!  I knew that I would have the same problem at some point so I took my ring off almost as soon as I found out I was pregnant!  My grandma had to have her ring cut off during a pregnancy so I wasn't taking any chances!  Yay swelling!  Good luck girl

Thanks for the help...yea I agree I wish I would of kept it off when I had the chance. But I just didn't want to not wear my wedding ring oh well that's what I get lol

I just tried the ice water I got it almost half way up my knuckle but it won't go up anymore, its like I have too much fluid in my finger and now my finger hurts bad. I really think it won't b able to come off
