Massage has many benefits and can be great for all different kinds of pain that may come with pregnancy! I would try a massage (perfectly safe in any trimester), have the therapist work your neck and shoulders, it could help a tremendous amount.
Theres always non drowsy.. or ive seen on here that excedrin is ok just double check w ur dr and dont take caffiene w it.
i tried tylenol bt because it wasnt strong enough whn i wasnt pregnant it doesnt do anythng for me at all now. does benadryl make u slpy?
Hi there! I've suffered from migraines for years and was put on topamax to help them. When I became pregnant I had to get off of it. To help with my headaches now, I take one benadryl before bed. (It is perfectly safe during pregnancy) In the morning, I take one more and try not to get up too fast. Drink a full glass of water and about two hours later, I take Tylenol. If I do this, I'm good all day. If it does get too bad, I carry a bag of frozen peas and put it on top of my head. I hope this helps! :)
Try some Tylenol with a coke it worked for me. I don't really like the taste of coke but it gets my headache taking care of.
