just wandering

i am just curios about the breast changes during pregnancy, i read in another post that the lumps around your nipple can get bigger, but i was wandering if they could actually go away i had lumps around my nipples like heaps of them, but today i noticed that they actually disappeared around my nipple is actually smooth. is it possible for this to happen along with all other pregnancy symptons. but have had 8 neg test results with an ultrasound happening tomorrow. so will know for sure then.
