labor story!!!

So I was I induced today at 3am and doctor decided to break my water at 7:00am to speed things up started having really bad contractions at about 9:00am so I dicided to get the epidural and got checked again at about 10:00am and was about 5cm at about 11:30 I started feeling pressure in the upper part of my abdomen and nurse decided to check and turned out I was full dilated and ready to push started pushing at about 12:00pm and after 20 minutes of pushing my little princess was born weighing 9 pounds and measuring 21 in!!<3

I just asked my ob if I could be induced I was so miserable I keept on getting Braxton hicks and he just told me that I needed to wait until 39 weeks because they wouldn't let him induce me before unless there was a medical problem I was just one cm dilated when I went in the hospital

Congratulations :) can I ask why they induced you? It seems like women have to be really lucky to getting induced nowadays lol

Oh my goodness she's a big baby. Congratulations. I just had my son a week ago and he was 8 1/2 Pounds and I thought I was going to die. I didn't have an epidural though. I told the nurse after I had him I thought I should have gotten the epidural lol.
