Ask your doctor to prescribe you calcium pills for you (: ... I have the same problem but I love yogurt and cheese and cereal .. so I just deal. (:
Strawberries and brocollii actually have lots more calcium then milk. Im not lactose intolerent but i HATE milk and dairy with a passion. Also if baby is not lactose as baby grows up get organic milk its more expensive but there are studies showing the regular milk has chemicals that can cause lactos intolorence
I'm lactose intolerant as well. I cant even put cheese on a sandwich or cook with milk. You can purchase pills with the enzyme to digest the milk. Lactaid is the name brand and equate calls it dairy digestive supplement. Most grocery stores and walmart sell them in the digestive aid section. Some places you can even use food stamps to buy them. Also really almond milk, soy milk, and hemp milk have even more calcium than regular milk. You can cook with them too.
You can breastfeed the baby. If the baby is lactose intolerent just stray from any lactose products. Lactaid has icecream , milk, and many other products. Also wic will pay for lactaid if you are breastfeedong. They give it to my son and me for being pregnant. Saves us financially! :)
I can eat yogurt but even that upsets my belly
im lactose an tolerant too and ima breast feed but i eat milk proudutes and drink them anyway for my baby even though it hurts my stomach
I drink silk usually with the protein added do u think that's good enough
You can take calcium vitamins. Its what i had to do my entire pregnancy and now with me breath feeding the baby i still take them.
I was too but for some odd reason around 34/35 weeks I wanted to drink milk. Drunk a whole big glass and two more after. I've been drinking at least a glass a day since the with no problem.
Drink soy or almond milk. Also Lactaid is regular milk without lactose in it (all of these are more expensive btw) or just find other foods to eat high in calcium and vitamin d
I am and I wanna breastfeed when I have my baby
Who is? U or the baby. Formula feed if the baby is
