31 weeks today had an appt and have gained 20 total.. since my last months appt i gained 7 lbs. Guess my weight picked up this month but drs not worried and made me feel better after he explained. Just gonna improve in my water in take and see if i start walking a mile at least 3 times a week to stay motivated. Pre pregnancy weight was 124 + 20 now leaves me at 144. Seems like ima pass 150 but all belly<3

I'm barely 19 weeks today and have not gained 1 pound, i lost 2 instead and had no morning sickness at all just a lot of fatigue. I worry about not gaining any weight at all, and my belly isn't all that big either, but my doc isn't worried he says i will gain eventually so not worried so much.
