My dr. has told me NO laxatives while pregnant. She also told me to take a stool softner, which I take 1 daily but she told me I could take up to 3 a day. And increase ur water intake, that will help significantly. I was severly constipated when I was first pg....im now 23w6d and have no problems. Good luck...i know it ***** and hurts but try a stool softener or start taking 1 in the am and take another before bed. :)
no thats ok I think that everyone who has ever been pregnant knows what that feels like, well you dont really want to take a laxitive or it will come firing out and that to say the least will hurt like h3ll so you may just have to help it out, not nice, but you have to do what you have to :)
