Flatten your foot. When you feel it coming, place your foot flat against a wall, bed, or even in the air. Just make it flat like you're standing on it.
I get thoses and they are the worst!!!!!!!
That's the best thing to do is flatten it. Also, stretch quick. As soon as you feel the cramp coming, just quit stretching and be ready to flatten it. Drinking more water and eating bananas helps.
