leg numbness

If I sit or stand too long one or both of my legs goes tingly/ numb, does anyone know how to help this?

It's normal my hands get tingly and numb I asked my doctor and she said it'll go away after you give birth but drink more water your body is holding onto the water it has so it makes your legs and hands tingly

My legs do that too. Usually I'll go in for a chiropractic adjustment and that helps. The only time it doesn't help is when my son is pinching the nerve.
