liquids=Misery!

Seriously can't drink anything at night with out laying in bed tossing & turning because I feel like I need to pee. But i don't!!!  I know this can be a sign of a UTI. But i don't have one & this has been happening for months. & I'm so bloated on top of it all.. Its miserable. Do any of you moms know why this may be?  Or any advice?

She said its due to your uterus stretching & pushing on your bladder & it's a lot more sensitive. I'm also only 100 pounds so she said due to my small size I may be able to feel it more then normal!): but basically just another symptom of lovely pregnancy :).She said it does get better within time.  & to try not drinking sugar filled liquids. Hope that helps :)

Yes! I'm only in my first trimester & it's happening. My doctor told me the same thing yesterday but she didn't mention the benadryl. I'm going to have to try that. Thank you so much!

I have the same problem (ever since first trimester). My doctor told me is just the uterus pushing on my bladder. She suggested I take Benadryl before bed because it makes your bladder less sensitive.  That seemed to solve the issue.

Have you asked the doctor about it yet? My doctors apt is finally today so I'm going to ask about it. Unfortunately I think it's just another uncomfortable effect from being pregnant.. /: feel better!
