I need you HELP! :,(

I am a first time mom and currently on my 24th week in pregnancy. Last week monday, i did not eat the whole day and just stayed in bed until my husband came home at 7pm. We ate dinner and after tht rashes started forming around my lips then my whole face was red with little bumps or lumps that are red. I have a history of skin disorders (eczema, dermatitis and skin asthma) so I just drank benadryl to get it over with but it did not do any help at all and until now I am suffering the same problem but now it is much worse and my face is peeling off the skin. My face is so numb and burning, very rough and itchy to the point that I cannot feel my eye brows nor open or close my eyes properly and now it is happening all over my body and even my breast. To the point that the nipples itself is so painful and the skin is also peeling off. It becomes si hard and painful then theres liquid coming out of it. The pain is very excrutiating, it happens every few minutes that I just end up crying. I cannot even sleep because of the itch and pain. Even my vagina's skin is becoming like that too but with that part, theres some liquid coming out of the skin and it is very itchy and it seems very sore and the skin gets hard. Please help me. I do not know what I have to do to find relief, I already visited my ob but she's just passing me on to another doctor. I just want to be able to sleep straight. :,(
