loosing milk

Is it possible to re-up my milk supply? I had a pretty decent supply for a couple of days but my son wasn't latching and it was difficult to maintain with a hand pump. I got an electronic pump the other day but am just using it today. I pumped this am around 10 and only got an ounce, when i was hand pumping i got 5oz. And have been doing it since 330 (4now) and don't even have an oz. I handpumped last night and the night before but couldn't do it during the day.

There is a mother milk tea. I beleive target sells it. Allot of skin to skin with the baby and warm compresses on your chest. Also I usually only pumped while I was feeding him. I would  do it the same time.

My sister had the same issue with her daughter and her Dr said the only way to keep your supply is to pump whenever baby eats... Your body is on supply and demand so if you have only pumped randomly for s few days your breasts think the baby doesn't need it... You can try to pump with every feeding again to see if it will come back but it didn't work for my sister. Also I am not sure but I think your only supposed to pump for like 15 minutes or something like that... Good luck
