When did u tell people u were pregnant; when did u feel safe to share the news

Close family at 12 weeks and 16 weeks for the rest of the world and Facebook. We got a few elderly in the family and don't want to tell them until everything is good with the U/S and heartbeat and all. Don't want to break their heart. Plus I'm a very private person and just in case something went wrong, I will prefer to deal with it in my own way. But all is well and I'm now 33 weeks ^_^

With my daughter i was 5 weeks with my second pregnancy I was 10 weeks an unfortunately had a missed miscarriage at 14 weeks I'm currently 23 weeks an told everyone immediately at 4 weeks ..its truly a personal choice an no ones wrong for what they choose ..

Sorry,.silly phone.   I just couldn't keep it to myself. So, i posted a picture of my baby on Facebook and told all my family at 6 weeks lol.  Just couldn't hold it in haha

Well when i found out i was pregnant again after experiencing a missed miscarriage, i told myself i would wait to share til 13 weeks. Then i went in for an ultrasound at 6 weeks to check for the heartbeat and it was there. I was so happy that i had a living baby this time that i just couldn't

I wasnt planning on telling anyone until at least 20 weeks bc I have a partial abruption, unfortunately a large one, and the doctor said it would be best to wait it out until I get my anatomy scan. BUT my husband has a big mouth and told everyone he knows yesterday (14 weeks).

I had a normal pregnancy the last time around and told family and friends at 12 weeks.

I told my closer family as soon as I found out. I was five Weeks then. And the news got out thanks to some blabber mouths lol. I was gonna announce the news in my 10th week. But too bad..

I was 11 weeks. I had an OB appointment that week so confirmed the heartbeat, and it was Thanksgiving weekend so I shared it with my family at the holiday celebrations. If not for the opportunity Thanksgiving provided, I probably would have waited another week or two.

i was 9 weeks! I am now 10 weeks! I figure after 2 ultrasounds and seeing my peanut growing helthily it was time to tell my family, my husbands side already knew... but they are more supportive.
