losing weight after giving birth.

Hello ladies, currently am 36+2, am already thinking about ways to loose all the weight especially around the tummy. I came across a belly wrap called belly bandit, am seriously considering buying so I can start wearing it immediately after having my baby. Any of u ladies tried this belly bandit before? Does is work and is it worth the price. Thnx in advance for ur input.

I'm only 34 weeks and already thinking about the weight loss and the best way lol. I have been told breast feeding is the best way and also start at least walking straight away. Oh and of course no junk food lol

I haven't tried it but I've heard of it and heard it works. I think it depends on the kind of delivery you have as well, if you end up with a c-section that's probably not the best option because you won't want anything squeezing your stomach at all, but vaginal birth I'd give it a shot! I had my son via c-section and breastfed him, lost all of my pregnancy weight and was below it by 2 weeks post partum, it was sooo good for weight loss for me!

I'm not sure about the belly bandit thing, but I do know from experience the best way for losing weight after pregnancy is breastfeeding and a healthy diet. Your body will burn upwards to 500 calories a day just exclusively breastfeeding..
