lunch meat
So I read youre not suppose to eat cold lunch meat. But I hate warm/hot lunch meat. I went to subway and got a sub that had meat on it (obviously lol) but I didnt get it toasted or anything. So my question is does cold lunch meat really hurt your baby . My mom said she ate it with both her pregnancies and were both fine!
I love it too, heating up meat is a huge pain for me but I'm so scared lol I just leave it alone. I'm dying for a subway foot long :( on my list of things to eat as soon as baby's born,!

I love subway. I've eaten it and baby is healthy. My doctor said you don't have to. It's just a precaution, but not necessary :) Thanks, now I want subway! Lol
Yeah same here, I've had subway multiple times already and I'm 21weeks. I've had healthy check ups and baby is growing fine :)
I ate it with both mine and they are fine but o didn't know up until a few months ago that your not supposed to!
I ate subway throughout my whole pregnancy and my baby is perfectly healthy and fine.
