What the ladies have said and sperm will at most help soften ur cervix but NOT INDUCE LABOR baby comes when baby is ready.  Ur orgasms are said to actually be relaxing to baby like a vibrating bed lol

My doctor said the most baby will feel is the rocking but he says it is soothing, kind of like waves washing over baby or something.

But otherwise no, baby won't get hurt or poked in the eyeball ;P and is completely protected from any sperm. You are completely sealed shut.
