Can I still get pregnant when still bleeding from giving birth

On Sept. 2nd I gave birth to my little girl she lived for 1 hour and 36 mins. I was only 18 weeks pregnant and my placenta pulled away from my wall. I am very eger to start trying again, I feel that it will help me deal with the lost of my daughter. The only time I am happy is when I think about being pregnant again and dreaming of bring home a healthy newborn baby. I just want to know is it possible to get pregnant when I am still bleeding for giving birth??
My DH and I are having unprotected sex since a few days after she was born and I just was wondering if it was possible..... Thank-you

I'm not sure if you can. I would speak with your doctor about when to try. Mine said I couldn't do anything till at least 6 weeks after birth.
