Help - light spotting for 1hr

on CD84 I had spotting for an 1hr, doctor did a preg test on CD85 I am wondering if that would be to soon for hgc levels to show on a hpt?
I have had cramping in my ovaries also slightly tender breasts, what does the bleeding mean I am no CD89? Please someone help

Did the test the doc did come up negative? Sounds like your pregnant but if you are it would show on a HPT.
