Brown discharge after miscarriage

I found out on Feb 11 that my baby had stopped growing at 8.5 weeks.  I decided to have a natural miscarriage, since I'm terrified of being put under.  This is my 3rd miscarriage in a row.
On February 20th, I started bleeding badly and passed 2 huge clots.  The bleeding tapered off as time passed.  Now, it's almost 2 weeks later and I have this slight brown discharge that smells metallic, almost like iron (TMI, sorry).  Is this a sign of infection? I don't have a fever or any cramping.  My doctor had sent me antibiotics when the miscarriage started.
What should I do?

I opted for a natural m/c and it took me until Jan to complete my M/C (lost baby late November) I was told that i had to be careful incase i got an infection but luckily for me i didnt and i completed the m/c without any problems even though it took a while. I would book and appointment with your GP and get checked over and to get them to make sure that your m/c is complete as if not you will need to have a D&C to get rid of any remaining tissue.

I had a D&C in November and I had some brownish discharge for a few weeks after.    Turns out for me my HCG levels never went down to zero and I need another D&C.  I don't know that the discharge was related to that, when I told my doctor about the discharge she said I was just healing, which is probably true, but I reccomend making sure your HCG levels come back negative.

You should do a sono to see if everything has passed out. There are women that need and D&C even though they m/c naturally cause pieces didn't pass out. Make an appointment asap to check. I'm sorry for what happened. God Bless
