miscarriage threat

I just had an US done and they see a sack but no baby well the tech saw a little I mean little spot where she says it might be the baby.  But I'm scared cuz with my first son I was to early n there was so sac at all then 2weeks later there was baby n sac seen this time I see a sac but no baby the tech said she saw something tht cud be a baby but she not sure if I'm to early to see baby or it there's no baby at all. N she also saw a sac of blood bigger then the sac of baby. It was big.she said most likely it will end up in a miscarriage.  I am soo scared has this happened to anyone n baby was born healthy n good?

It happened to me I Went to the hospiTAl because I was spotting they said there was no baby it was just a sac later they found a baby but she did not find a heartbeat and they told me that it was a Threatened miscarriage so theY told me I was going to lose my baby and then a week later they said there was no baby and the week after that my obgyn found a heartbeat and my healthy big girl she was measuring a week and three days ahead and thanks to our Heavenly Father I am now 36 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby
