monthly appts

Is it bad to miss two monthly appts? All my doctor did at my other ones was check for the heartbeat and asked if I was doin okay. I'm only 16 weeks but ima miss my appt this month and probably in April too because I'm having problems with my insurance and I can't afford to pay out of pocket

Just inform your doctor you are having trouble with your insurance and they should be fine with it and not drop you.

My dr. Told me if i miss appointments regularly than he would drop me and I would have to find a different dr. And most dr.s wont see a new patient after they hit 6 months

I'm trying to get it worked out Im kind of sad because I was suppose to find out what I'm having the second week of April and I'll probably have to cancel that too

As long as you don't have any problems you should be fine. If you start bleeding or get a fever then you would need to see them. Just don't miss too many because they do check the baby and make sure you are both healthy.
